Upper Mustang is exceptional trek started from 1990. It is the former kingdom of Nepal and very adventure in trekking. It is on the large and scenic extension of Tibetan plateau. These areas have very impressive cultural and historical places. Our maim destinations are villages of ancient Bon and Tibetan Buddhism religion. Our rest point will be the traditional villages of Thakali and Mustang people. It is true that they have been transferred from Tibet as the villages are very close to Tibet. We use the trial used by Tibetan traders. This lets us know about the Tibetan culture followed by them. With this, we get the view of snowcapped mountain ranges.
Upper Mustang Trekking starts with a scenic flight from Pokhara to Jomsom. From Jomsom, our trekking starts. We go through the track of Kagbeni. It is a mostly dry place known as the desert of Nepal. Our main destination is Lo Manthang. Walking around 4 days we reach here. We will visit all the places of Lo Manthang and have full fay rest over here. Exploring all around the place it’s time to return back. We return through the next track. This will make a full circuit of the Upper Mustang. Our endpoint will be Kabbani and from here we have a flight to Pokhara. This flight will give a good finish to our trek as it offers maximum mountain ranges of Annapurna region. From Pokhara, we drive back to Kathmandu to end our trek fully.
